Cathy has been selling real estate for over 23 years, trained for Cendant Corp and taught the acclaimed Sweathogs program. She strives to stay at the top of her game which has had a very positive impact from professionals taking her classes.

Cindy is currently serving as NCAR President for 2006. Cindy was named the 2003 Realtor® of the Year - Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors® and was the 2003 President's Award Recipient - Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association

Bill Horan is a Certified Exchange Specialist - CES®, and a member of The Federation of Exchange Accomodators which sponsors the CES® program. Bill has a background in Real Estate and Real Estate transactions both as a Real Estate Agent and as a Real Estate investor.
