Continuing Education Cancellation Policy:

Registration Before Class is Required. Walk-ins are welcome as space permits. There is an additional $10.00 per class walk-in fee. Registration is complete when credit card has been charged or check has been received.

If you need to reschedule or withdraw from a Continuing Education class, notify us during office hours, no later than 24 hours before the class and you will receive a one-time credit to be used by the same licensee on or before June 10th of the current real estate year. Credits cannot apply to online classes. There is a $10.00 rescheduling fee to change your class. No shows will not be credited! Sorry, no refunds with no exceptions!

Be sure to be on time for class. Late arrivals will not be admitted. If you are not in the class when class begins you will be considered a no show and walk-ins will be allowed to take your seat. Your money will not be refunded.

Weather Cancellations will be posted on our website and on our voicemail the day of the class. If local high schools are cancelled the morning of the class, be sure to check our website or call our office at 828-890-5220.

If ATS, Inc cancels due to weather such as hurricane, tornado, snow or flooding, the class will be rescheduled. You will receive a full credit to be applied toward any ATS, Inc continuing education class within the same real estate year for the same licensee. There will be no $10.00 rescheduling charge for any class cancelled by ATS, Inc. due to weather.

With any other cancellation by ATS, Inc due to scheduling problems etc., registered attendees will have the right to a full refund or rescheduling without a $10.00 rescheduling fee. The decision is up to the agent.

ATS, Inc reserves the right to change instructors and classes. We will make every effort to replace instructors or classes with equal qualifications and similar topics. This would primarily be due to illness of instructor.

Cruise Continuing Education Cancellation Policy: There will be no walk-in education available on the cruise. In order to participate in any ATS, Inc activities or classes on the cruise, you must book your cruise through ATS, Inc. 1-828-890-5220

Online Class Refund Policy

There are no refunds for online classes. Online classes will be charged by Dearborn Corp.

Completion Certificates

At the end of each Continuing Education course, certificates of completion are provided to each student in attendance. These are to be kept by the licensee. We do not reissue certificates for the Local Board of Realtors or for lost certificates. Licensees shall provide a copy of their own course certificate to their Local Board if they are to receive credit for our ethics class.

Specialty Courses (Non-Continuing Education)

For all specialty courses we have a no refund no cancellation policy. There are no exceptions.
