This year’s Mandatory Update #9909 began July 1, 2008
For Brokers-in-Charge- All BIC (who have been BIC since before July 1, 2008) must take the Broker-in-Charge Annual Review Course "BICAR" as their 4-hour ELECTIVE credit. Additionally all BIC must take the Mandatory Update 9909 course. We offer both courses. In order to receive credit for the BICAR elective, you should be a Broker-in-Charge or Broker-in-Charge eligible. We cannot guarantee credit for the BICAR elective credit if you are not Broker-in-Charge eligible. To find out if you are Broker-in-Charge eligible go to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission website. If you have never been broker-in-charge you are not Broker-in-Charge eligible and will not receive credit for this class.
If you are taking both classes on a given day, select the "Register for Both (Best Value)" option to receive the discount. Classes with no Register option are full. You may also search the schedule by region using the pull down menu below.
Walk-ins are welcome as space permits. There is an additional $10.00 per class walk-in fee. Be sure to bring your real estate pocket card to class.
