We are teaching the Mandatory Update #9911 and BICAR #8811 and our many other electives. All classes completed will apply toward the June 10, 2011 deadline.

In order to receive credit for the BICAR #8811, you must be BIC or considered by the NCREC as BIC eligible. To check to see if you are BIC Eligible go to the NCREC website, click "Licensees Only" on the left-hand menu bar, and log-in with your license number and pin. If you see "Print BIC Eligible Document" link you are considered BIC Eligible by the NCREC. Please print this document and bring it with you to class. If you do not see that link, you are not BIC eligible and will not receive credit for the BICAR #8811 but may attend for educational purposes only.

If you are taking both classes on a given day, select the "Register for Both (Best Value)" option to receive the discount. Classes with no Register option are full. You may also search the schedule by region using the pull down menu below.

Walk-ins are welcome as space permits. There is an additional $10.00 per class walk-in fee. Be sure to bring your real estate pocket card to class, and Brokers-in-Charge must also bring a copy of their BIC Eligible Document.
