Welcome to the 2009-2010 North Carolina Real Estate Continuing Education. We are teaching the Mandatory Update #9910 and BICAR #2012. All classes completed will apply toward the June 10, 2010 deadline. We are scheduling classes daily. This year's Mandatory Update class is: Agency Disclosure, Selected Property Management Issues, "Due Dilligence" in Residential Transactions, Licensing and Education Issues and Safety for the Real Estate Agent.
