The "Dynamic Duo" is coming back to Asheville! Cindy Chandler and Cathy Greer, the "Dynamic Duo," will be in Asheville in April 2010! Cindy will be teaching the Mandatory Update Commercial Version and a commercial elective. Cathy will be teaching the Mandatory Update Residential Version and the BICAR elective. Welcome to the New Year in North Carolina Real Estate. Beginning July 1, 2009, we are teaching the Mandatory Update #9910 and BICAR #2012. All classes completed will apply toward the June 10, 2010 deadline. We are scheduling classes daily. This year's Mandatory Update class is: Agency Disclosure, Selected Property Management Issues, "Due Dilligence" in Residential Transactions, Licensing and Education Issues and Summary of NCAR Residential Form Changes.
